Refund Policy: We are unable to refund tuition fees after the start of classes. An administrative fee of $25 will be deducted upon cancellations occurring prior to the start of the semester for the first child or $35.00 if more than one child is enrolled. Families are responsible for class attendance. Materials must be purchased and cannot be refunded or returned.
Phones, cameras, and electronics: All of these are distractions as well and we kindly ask you put them away for the duration of the class. We know it is tempting to want to catch the musical moments during class but children and adults alike are extremely distracted by electronics and the use of them detracts from everyone’s experience. Please feel free to use them before and after class but our policy is to have a distraction-free zone for everyone to enjoy themselves and sing and play together, so please refrain from using all electronics during class time. At certain prearranged times, photographs and audio-visual recordings of the students in classes and other related events may take place to use in brochures, websites, social media, advertisements and other promotional materials that Music Together Presto creates, (see Media Release below) and you may opt out via email.
Media Release: Music Together Presto is hereby granted permission to take photographs and audio-visual recordings of the students in classes and other related events to use in brochures, websites, social media, advertisements and other promotional materials that Music Together Presto creates. Permission is also hereby granted for Music Together Presto to copyright such photographs in its name. Families may opt out at any time by emailing [email protected]
Class size: Maximum 12 families per class at the St. Paul's location. Siblings under 9 months do not require a seat. However, all children attending class must be enrolled.
Health Assessment: Please do not attend class if you or your child is ill.
Food/Toys: No food or drink in our classroom with the exception of water. We are nursing or bottle feeding friendly. Please leave toys/stuffed animals at home.
Extreme Weather or Unexpected Interruption of Classes: If Music Together Presto must cancel classes due to extreme weather or events beyond our control such as power outages, the missed classes will be added on if/when possible. No refunds due to these reasons will be given.
Teacher Sickness: In case of teacher illness, we will add a class to the end of the session if time allows. We cannot extend refunds or credits for these missed classes.
Make-up Classes: Families are responsible for class attendance. We are a new center engaged in building our community of music makers. As we grow, so will our class offerings, leading to more available makeups!
Class Cancellations: Sometimes classes don’t fill the way we would like. If this occurs, we will attempt to transfer you to another open class. Music Together Presto reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. In such a case, a refund for unused classes will be given.
Injuries: Upon registering for class, all Adults, Parents and Legal Guardians of minor students hereby waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained at Music Together Presto venues resulting from normal class activity or any other activity conducted by families before, during, or after class time.
PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for ensuring that any adult who brings your child to class has read and understood the policies, procedures, and waiver prior to attending class!
